As an event organizer, you are responsible for the accuracy of event information, ticket pricing, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Dubook acts as a platform and is not responsible for event execution.
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers and must be clearly stated during the ticket purchase process.
You may not use Dubook for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws, when using our services.
The Dubook platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dubook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
In no event shall Dubook, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our platform or via email.
